Refund & Returns Policy
Our Commitment to Quality
Our commitment to quality means we stand behind every product we create. If something isn't quite right with your order delivered within the Island of Ireland, we're here to make it right — calmly and thoughtfully.
Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:
Sealed Product Policy (Critical): We can only accept returns of products with unbroken seals. As a wellness brand offering food supplements, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards required by Irish and EU regulations. Once a product seal is broken, we cannot verify product integrity and safety, whether contents have been tampered with or contaminated, or compliance with food safety and traceability requirements.
This policy protects both you and future customers, ensuring every BRÍ product meets the highest safety standards.
Additional Requirements:
- Item must be in the same condition you received it
- Unused and with original packaging intact
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
Return Locations
We currently accept returns from the Island of Ireland only — this includes both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We cannot process returns from Great Britain, EU countries, or any international destinations due to customs regulations, lengthy transit times, and the challenges of maintaining product integrity over long distances.
If you're outside Ireland and experiencing an issue with your order, please email us at hello@briwellness.ie with your order details and photos. We'll work with you to find an alternative solution.
What We Accept
We accept returns for the following reasons only:
- Damaged or Defective Product — Item arrived broken, leaking, with a compromised seal, or shows manufacturing defects
- Incorrect Item Received — You received the wrong product, wrong variant, or wrong quantity due to a fulfilment error
- Package Not Delivered / Missing — Your parcel is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you haven't received it
- Product Quality Issue — Contents show signs of spoilage, unusual odor, discoloration, or other quality concerns
We cannot accept returns for:
- Changed my mind
- Didn't like it
- No longer need it
- Sale items or gift cards
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Submit a Return Request

You will need to provide:
- Your full name and contact information
- Order number
- Location (Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland)
- Reason for return
- Detailed description of the issue

Photo evidence (required for damaged/defective/wrong item/quality issues):
- Photo 1: The product showing the seal (intact or broken)
- Photo 2: The shipping label with tracking number
- Photos are optional for undelivered parcels
Step 2: Review Process
We'll review your return request within 48 hours of submission. You'll receive a reference number immediately upon submission.
Step 3: Approval & Return Label
If your return is approved, we'll email or WhatsApp you a prepaid return label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Address
Return labels will include our fulfilment centre address: Address will be provided on your return label once your return is approved
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What Happens Next
1. Return Transit
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the product to confirm the reported issue.
2. Resolution
If everything checks out:
- For damaged/defective products: We'll send you a replacement at no charge, OR you can choose a full refund (including original shipping costs)
- For wrong items: We'll send the correct item immediately
- For undelivered parcels: We'll investigate with the courier and send a replacement or process a refund
3. Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at hello@briwellness.ie.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, for defective or incorrect items, we'll automatically send the correct replacement once your return is processed.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals (as explained above — food safety requirements)
- Perishable goods that have been opened
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable in future)

Refunds
