All orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Oranmore, County Galway — along Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way.

We use An Post and DPD Ireland for deliveries within Ireland, the UK, and Europe. For international destinations, we offer both An Post Standard and DHL Express options. The USA is served exclusively by DHL Express for faster, more reliable delivery.

Ireland: 1–2 working days (Standard). Europe & UK: 3–5 days (Standard) or 2–4 days (Express). Rest of World: 7–12 days (Standard) or 3–6 days (Express). USA: 3–6 days (DHL Express only).

If your order hasn't shipped yet, get in touch right away and we'll update it for you. Once dispatched, DPD and DHL allow redirection through their delivery portals.

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday. Some DPD routes offer Saturday delivery during peak periods.

Orders within the EU are duty-free. For destinations outside the EU, local import fees may apply and are payable on delivery.
