Returns & Un-Delivered Parcels

Something not right with your order? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety, we can only accept returns of products with unbroken seals.

Subscriptions

Payments

We accept Shopify Payments and Revolut, including cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Need a VAT receipt? Just ask.

Made in the EU to GMP and HACCP standards, with independent testing here in Ireland.

Our supplements are for adults 18+. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, please speak with your GP, midwife or pharmacist before use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I open the capsule and mix with food?

Yes, if swallowing capsules is difficult. Mix with a cool, neutral food. Avoid hot drinks or acidic juices.

What age are BRÍ supplements for?

BRÍ is formulated for adults. For teenagers or younger, consult a healthcare professional first.

Do your products have side effects?

Most people tolerate our formulas well. If you experience any unexpected effects, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.

What units do you use on labels (mg vs µg)?

We use milligrams (mg) and micrograms (µg). On the site we may also write mcg for readability, both mean micrograms.

How should I store BRÍ?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Close the lid firmly after use.

What is the shelf life?

Typically up to 24 months from manufacture. Please check the best before end (BBE) date on your bottle.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the island of Ireland and the EU. If your country isn’t available at checkout, email hello@briwellness.ie.

How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us and we’ll help. Once it has shipped, you can use the courier’s tracking link to manage delivery options.

Can I return my order?

If something isn’t right, reach out within 14 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons we can only accept unopened bottles in resalable condition.

How do I pause, skip or cancel a subscription?

In your customer portal you can change the next date, quantity, swap products, pause or cancel any time before renewal. You’ll get an email reminder ahead of each charge.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use Shopify Payments and Revolut. Card payments (Visa/Mastercard) plus Apple Pay/Google Pay are supported where available.

How do I get a VAT invoice or receipt?

Your order confirmation email includes a receipt. Need a formal VAT invoice? Email hello@briwellness.ie with your order number.

Is your packaging sustainable?

We use FSC‑certified cartons and recyclable glass jars. We’re working towards even more refill‑friendly options.

How do you protect my data?

We use secure payment gateways and follow GDPR. We only keep the data needed to process your order and improve your experience.
