We use milligrams (mg) and micrograms (µg). On the site we may also write mcg for readability, both mean micrograms.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Close the lid firmly after use.

Typically up to 24 months from manufacture. Please check the best before end (BBE) date on your bottle.

If something isn’t right, reach out within 14 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons we can only accept unopened bottles in resalable condition.

Made from PLA+PBAT+Starch blend materials that withstand rain and rough handling during transit, so your supplements arrive in perfect condition. 100% biodegradable and certified compostable. These bags break down completely in 150 to 180 days at industrial composting facilities, leaving no harmful residues.

Better Than Plastic
Traditional plastic mailers take hundreds of years to decompose. Our packaging returns to the earth naturally, supporting a healthier planet.

Your order arrives in FSC certified cardboard boxes, sourced from sustainably managed forests. We work with Autofulfil in Galway, who share our commitment to doing better: biodegradable mailer bags, paper void fill instead of plastic bubble wrap, and paper tape to seal everything up. They select the smallest box needed for your order, nothing excessive, and all plastic and paper waste at their facility gets properly segregated and recycled.
