Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to manage, modify, and cancel purchase options on BRÍ Wellness, including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions powered by Seal Subscriptions. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy.


1) What are “Purchase Options”?

On eligible product pages you can choose between:

  • One-time purchase – a single order, charged once at checkout.
  • Subscription purchase – an automatically renewing order (e.g., every 30 days) with a subscriber discount, managed by Seal Subscriptions.

Subscriptions continue until you cancel (see Section 4). You’ll always see the price, frequency, and next charge date before you confirm.

2) Billing & renewal terms

  • Charge timing: For subscriptions, your chosen payment method is charged automatically on your renewal date (monthly by default, or as selected).
  • Renewal: Each renewal creates a new order until you pause or cancel.
  • Receipts: We email an order confirmation for each renewal.

3) Managing your subscription

You can self-manage your subscription at any time via the customer portal:

  • Access: Use the “Manage Subscription” link in our emails, the magic link from Seal Subscriptions, or log in to your Shopify customer account and follow the subscription link.
  • What you can do: update address or payment method, change delivery frequency, swap products, skip the next order, pause temporarily, or cancel.
  • Fees: We do not charge admin or cancellation fees.

4) How to cancel

You may cancel at any time in the portal or by emailing hello@briwellness.ie. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

  • Immediate effect: Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund shipped or in-progress orders (see Section 5).
  • Confirmation: We’ll email you to confirm the cancellation.

5) Refunds & returns for subscription orders

  • Pre-shipment: If you cancel before we create the shipping label or charge your method, no charge will be taken for that cycle.
  • Post-charge / in transit: If the renewal has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation applies to the next cycle. Returns of unopened goods are handled under our Refund Policy.
  • Hygiene: Opened or tampered items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

6) Pausing, skipping & modifying

You can:

  • Pause your subscription for one or more cycles;
  • Skip the next delivery;
  • Change your delivery frequency or swap products.

Changes made within 24 hours of renewal may apply from the following cycle.

7) Failed payments & dunning

If a renewal payment fails, Seal Subscriptions will retry the payment up to 3 times over 10 days. During this time you can update your payment method in the portal. If retries fail, the subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically, and any open order will not ship.

8) Price changes & subscription benefits

  • Subscriber pricing: Any subscribe-and-save discount shown at sign-up applies to active renewals unless changed with notice.
  • Changes: We may update prices, frequency options, or available products. We will give reasonable notice for material changes to your plan; you may cancel before the effective date.

9) Shipping cut-offs

To keep fulfilment moving, renewals may be processed up to 24 hours before the calendar renewal time. Where a cut-off applies, self-service edits after the cut-off may move to the next cycle.

10) Your 14-day right to cancel (distance selling)

Your subscription rights are in addition to consumer rights under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. You may cancel your initial order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you exercise this statutory right, you must return the goods unopened; refunds are processed per our Refund Policy. This does not affect your legal rights.
