Welcome to BRÍ Wellness. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to BRÍ Wellness Limited, registered in Ireland (Company No. 785303, VAT No. IE04416948BH). BRÍ Wellness operates this website and online store (the “Services”), including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services available to you, the customer.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT ACCESS

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase, and to maintain the confidentiality of your login details. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However, colours, packaging, and presentation may vary depending on your device and settings. All descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Important: Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information provided is for general wellness and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before using any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Products purchased are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

4. PRICING, VAT & BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT at the applicable Irish rate. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges applicable in their country.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is final. You agree to provide valid and complete payment details and authorise us (or our payment provider) to charge your chosen payment method for all amounts due.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed to the courier.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days (Ireland) or 21 days (international), please contact hello@briwellness.ie with your order number so we can investigate.

6. RETURNS AND RIGHT TO CANCEL

In accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us at hello@briwellness.ie before the cancellation period expires. If your order has already been shipped, you must return the unopened goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using your original payment method. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or tampered items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, images, product names, designs, trademarks, and other content on our Services are the intellectual property of BRÍ Wellness Limited or our licensors and are protected under Irish and EU law.

You may use our website and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

Our website may include links or access to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of third-party sites or any losses arising from your use of them.

Any use of third-party tools (such as payment gateways or tracking apps) is at your own risk and governed by the third party’s terms of service.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018 (Ireland).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. BRÍ Wellness Limited acts as Data Controller for information you provide when using our Services. Because our website is hosted by Shopify, some data may be processed outside the EEA. Shopify’s Privacy Policy (available on shopify.com/legal/privacy) outlines these safeguards.

10. FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

If you share any ideas, reviews, or feedback with us, you grant BRÍ Wellness a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, or publish that content in any medium for promotional or operational purposes. You agree that your feedback will not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful or offensive material.

11. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We may occasionally publish information that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (e.g., in pricing or availability). We reserve the right to correct any such errors and update or cancel orders affected by them at any time without notice.

You may not use our website or Services:

17. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@briwellness.ie. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and resolve them within 10 working days wherever possible.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) or the European Consumer Centre Ireland for further advice.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure by us to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and BRÍ Wellness regarding your use of our Services.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and BRÍ Wellness agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where legally required. Your continued use of our Services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
