We're Glenn and Taylor, and whilst this photo shows us at our brightest, we'll be honest with you: a few years back, we were both struggling.

After nearly a decade at the marketing coalface, everything from digital strategy to brand management, Taylor found herself burnt out, anxious, and questioning everything. Meanwhile Glenn, who'd been navigating the relentless pace of international logistics and sales, was dealing with chronic health challenges that left him exhausted before the day even began.

We'd both reached that breaking point where you know something needs to change, but you're too tired to figure out what.

When we started BRÍ, we weren't trying to become wellness gurus. We're still learning, still figuring it out. What we brought was the ability to build something that actually serves people like us, people who don't have time for complicated routines, who want to feel better without overhauling their entire lives.

BRÍ is an Irish word connected to strength and vigour. Not the loud kind, but the quiet, steady kind. The resilience that keeps you going when everything feels a bit much. It's what we've drawn on through health challenges and career pressure. It's what we see here in County Clare, where we're based: neighbours who check in, friends who show up, a community that understands real support happens in small, daily acts.
